The Story

The best of all worlds.

Luxury here is not just finish level. It is the ability to live on a private acre, move easily between indoor and outdoor rooms, and still stay close to Bellingham and Ferndale.

The home greets you with a wraparound porch and French doors throughout. Morning coffee, summer gatherings, quiet evenings by the fire pit, and winter hot tub nights all feel like natural extensions of the house.

Applegrove feels like a retreat without giving up convenience.

Four Seasons

Porch, patio, hot tub, fire pit, fruit trees, and room to gather.

The Acre

Privacy without leaving town.

A full acre gives the property breathing room: mature planting, lawn, fruit trees, raised beds, a garden shed, patio space, and a home that feels secluded while still close to everything.

The House

Renovated for real daily living.

French doors, built-ins, updated finishes, central A/C, and practical storage keep the home comfortable in all four seasons.

The Flex Space

Private-entry guest quarters.

The finished space above the garage adds a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, and private entry for guests, extended stays, work, or creative use.

About the broker.

My wife, Kelly, and I moved to Bellingham in 2021 to be near family, and for the same reasons many people do: mountains, water, fresh air, and an outdoors-first culture, with Vancouver and Seattle still within reach.

I immediately learned the challenging side of relocating to Bellingham: its neighborhood quirks, limited inventory, and fast, high-stakes home-buying decisions made with imperfect information.

A challenge that I loved solving.

In 2024, I left my role as an Enterprise Account Executive in SaaS to build a local, community-first business. The skills I developed in that role translate directly to real estate: clear communication, consistent follow-up, structured systems, and solutions-based negotiation.

We absolutely love living in Whatcom County. Our son, Callan, was born in a house on Broadway, and I’m thrilled he gets to call Bellingham home.

Welcome to Whatcom, as an app, is one way we help people get rooted in Bellingham. Not just to find a house, but to settle in.

And on that note, I’ll say:

Welcome to Whatcom.
