Hi, I’m Austin.
I’m a Bellingham broker with John L. Scott. I help sellers work through pricing, preparation, and the decisions that come with a move. Start by telling me what you’re trying to accomplish; we can build the selling plan around that.

Start with your home and your timing.
Include your property address, when you might move, and any projects you’re considering. If you’re still weighing the options, that’s a useful place to start.
What happens after you send this?
Austin will contact you to learn about the property and your goals. You’ll agree on the information or visit needed for a useful pricing and preparation conversation.

A few things you might be wondering.
Is spring always the better time to sell?
There isn’t one right season for every home or seller. We’ll compare your circumstances and current local evidence. Future prices, interest rates, and buyer demand are uncertain, so we won’t build your plan around a guaranteed spring result.
Should I renovate before calling?
It’s helpful to talk before making a major commitment. Bring your project list, any contractor estimates, and your timing. We can discuss which work may support your sale and which choices need more information.
Is this an instant valuation or an appraisal?
No. This is a request for a conversation with Austin about your home. A useful pricing recommendation needs property-specific information and comparable sales. It is not a formal appraisal or a promise of what a buyer will pay.
What if I also need to buy my next home?
Include that in your message. Your sale and next purchase affect each other, so we’ll talk through the sequence, timing, and questions to discuss with your lender before settling on a plan.
